Eligibility for Exchange/Return:

• Defective Items & Wrong Orders: Only items that are defective or not what you ordered are eligible for exchange.
• Wrong Sizing: Exchanges due to wrong sizing will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Consignment Purchases: Items bought at popup stores cannot be exchanged or returned through our online store.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

• Item Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received—unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags, codes, and original packaging intact.
• Purchase Window: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Return/Exchange Process:

2. Approval: Await approval for size changes or other exchange requests. Approval notifications will be sent via email.
3. Shipping Details: Upon approval, our Customer Service will provide shipping details for returning your item and payment details for the shipping fee.
4. Ship Your Item: Send your item back to the provided address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Confirmation & Replacement: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the payment of fees, we will process and ship your replacement item immediately.
